Non-Damaged Items

If you wish to return a non-damaged item for reasons other than damage, we offer a 15-day return period from the date of delivery. Please note that custom items are not eligible for return.

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with any tags or packaging intact.

Custom Items

 

Custom items, including personalized or made-to-order products, are not eligible for return or refund unless the item is damaged or there was an error on our part.
